Tualatin Valley Symphony

Welcome to our third season under the baton and musical direction of Mark Perlman!

Our second concert of the season will be presented on:
Sunday, February 14, 2016 at 7:00 p.m.

Our Valentine's Day program, Epic Romance, will include works by Rimsky-Korsakov, Tchaikovsky, Saint-Saëns, and Brouwer.  The symphony's harpist, Marlène Cassar, is the featured soloist in Saint-Saëns' Morceau de Concert.  Ms. Cassar, who studied at the Conservatory of Music d'Avignon in France under Maryvonne Dupire and Reine Lequerrec, makes the notes glisten in this brilliant work!

Our annual Silent Auction also takes place at this evening's performance.

3rd Annual Silent Auction

Our Silent Auction is the symphony's major fundraising event of the year! We'll have items for you to bid on from beach getaways to cultural events tickets and sports memorabilia. Winners are announced at the performance.  Proceeds from the auction help the orchestra pay for our various expenses such as sheet music rental, advertising costs, website-related costs, and more.

Our February 7, 2016 rehearsal starts at 7:00 p.m. instead of 6:30 p.m.

The TVS rehearsal schedule for the entire season is now online.
Visit our Rehearsal Schedule page for details.
